split fingers

My fingers keep splitting and bleeding, i only have to touch something and they seem to split. They are so sore.

What could it be??

Maybe contact dermatitis - my DH gets this. Water makes it worse. He uses a bit of hydrocortisone occasionally and that heals it up until next time. Buy a good handcream once it's healed to keep the skin soft. Wear rubber gloves when washing up (he doesn't need to do this as he never washes up!!).
