Anybody have Diastasis recti (split tummy muscles) and has done Restore Your Core?

Just that really. If anyone has done it I would love to hear your experience as I am considering buying it but it is quite expensive.

No but did MuTu - not sure of restore core cost. MuTu works, down from 5 to 1.5 fingers. Not all down to that as I've done it on and off with other core physio exercises

Mutu - on same this weekend too. Amazing!

I have mutu and did it for two months but did not see much change. Have been reading online restore your core is better but always hard to tell.
