Exploding pain in my head every time i cough ????????

big bad cold at the mo, and sore throat so i am coughing loads.

every time i cough it feels like my brain expands for a second then an explosion in my head and a firework - i tell you i can actually 'see' the lights! the pain is horrendous but only lasts for a second.

does anyone know what this is and is it anything to worry about?

sinuses maybe ????

sounds like sinusitis,bloody painful,you may need antibiotics.
