In the meantime, yesterday afternoon I started feeling as though there was a big lump of catarrh right at the bottom of my throat. No cough or sniffles (yet?) it's just sitting there immovable. Is this something going round? Does it plan to suddenly poleaxe me just as I'm doing something more important than sitting on the sofa mumsnetting? Does this post even make any sense? My head aches.
