Hi my 7yr old dd has a hard lump behind her right nipple i've checked the other one and it's not the same, i'm going to take her to the doc's in the morning but just wondered if anyone had any ideas what it could be? Tia

Probably a breast bud - the first stage in developing breasts. Can start anywhere from around age 7.

Yes it was like you said wwb it's a breast bud. When she lifted up her top to show doc she was covered in a rash! Doc said it's a virus! Thanks for replying and reasuring me.
