worried about ds's willy

for the last few days ds has whined whenever i touch his willy its not red and dosnt appear swolen but feels a bit hard and i tried to have a proper look just now when i got him out the bath and he screamed hes 22 months any ideas?

Could be balanitis which is an infection, and needs antibiotics. Take him to the GP. It won't be serious but can be very sore.

DS eventually had a circumscision at 3 as it kept happening (foreskin too tight) but this is not always the case.

sounds like an infection - take him to the GP to be sure.
