Hi,
Our 22 month old has raised Red spots on top of one arm and on the back of his shoulder, he has scrached a couple of them and the top has moved, they don't stay red under a glass, has anyone any ideas what they could be, we have changed our wash powder this week but they are only in a small area as above atm so not sure its that? Any ideas?
