Sticky belly button - mine!!

OK, please don't laugh, I know it sounds silly.

My belly button is itchy and looks a bit red inside. Also, it's kinda wet and sticky (I know, eeew!). Strangely, a child in my ds's class came home today with a dressing on HIS belly button because it was "wet and itchy". Is this a new epidemic? What could cause it? Will I live??????? Just wondered if it's happened to anyone else or am I weird?

mine gets like that on hot days. i just clean it, dry it as well as can be and leave it. is your belly button a inney or an outey?

Mine's an inney! Just remembered that it has a mysterious wart on it which was only revealed when I was pregnant. Charming, eh?
