Sometimes it's just the arms, other times it's the shoulders as well. I can't even reach out for something, I can't fasten my bra strap any more. Does anyone have anything similar to this. I'm waiting to have X-rays and maybe get physio but I'm so sick of this pain. I'd hate to think I'll have this pain forever.
