Preferably something that won't involve equipment, and preferably not something with a soap star in it.

Please bear in mind that i have no co-ordination, so flashy dancey /aerobic malarkys will just end in me falling over!

Need to get some exercise, and thought it may be helpful for when DS napping in the afternoon.

Sorry forgot the motivation bit. I just look in the mirror and that keeps me motivated.

Seriously, Rachel McLish (the first Ms Olympia) Candy Csentis (Ms Olympia second place) and Jocelyn Pigenneau (Ms Fitness), had amazing physiques because they used resistance training to enhance the female form. I love the fact that they did not lose their feminity like the current crop of female bodybuilders who imo, look like freaks.

I just want to make the best of my physique and if I can achieve 10th of what those women have, I'll be delighted. My midriff really needs a lot of work. It has not been the same since I had the CSection. Plus I just want my clothes to fit well.

wow, speedymama, we may have a similar collection, but you are definately more dedicated....!
like I said at an earlier post (on this thread, I think) I want to aim for 3 times a week, which coincides with ys (2 1/2years old) Nursery days...ms iis every morning in Playschool anyway...
I think next week I shall do the Davina Power of 3 work out on Friday, which will give me till Monday to get over it, lol...and do some other workouts Mondays and Wednesday, lol...!
As for motivation, I feel once I am in teh routine of doing the exercise then I don't need to get mtivated, I just am...it the beginning after a break from it, that tends to be the difficult part.
My motivatin right now is, that dh is away for 6 month, and I have put some of my weight that I had lost back on, and I want to look my best when he comes back from afghanistan

Well, the 10 Minute Kickbox bootcamp DVD by Keli Roberts arrived Saturday so I did it in the afternoon because I had just finished working out to the Pump it Up DVD that morning.

It is excellent, especially if you have constraints on your time for working out. There are 5 sections and what I really liked about it is that all bar the abs workout, elevate your heart rate quickly in a very short space of time. Also, there are no wittering slebs to annoy you! Keli justs gets down to business and boy, is she good.

It starts off with a basic workout which will soon get you in shape if you are unfit and a complete beginner. It's based on lots of kickboxing moves.

Next is the leg/bums work out - if this does not tone and shape your lower regions, nothing will.

This is followed by the arms section which is OK but again, if you are a beginner, will probably kill you.

The ab workout was intense and focused.

The piece de resistance though was the fat burning blast. Loved it, loved it, love it! If you are unfit, I doubt you will last 3 minutes.

I can't wait to do the whole think again tonight after I put my DTS to bed.
