Tooth order??

Hi. Not overly worried as littlin seems perfectly happy but he's just sprouted 3 teeth in 3 days (1 down, 2 up). I've read in a few books about teething and they all say that the order of the new arrivals is ALWAYS the same ie 2 down, then 2 up etc. He's a preddy special little chap but surely not that extra ordinary. Anyone else had random teeth popping out?? Bless him, looks as though he'll be challanging Vanessa Paradi for the "biggest top tooth gap" award!

My ds only had 3 teeth for about 6mths! lol.

It just means that the other front one will be next before the rest of the teeth pop through. But nothing is that cut and droed though.

Both DSs did middle bottom 2 then outside top 2 - they looked very attractive! They both seemed to get lots of teeth at once and then nothing for ages.

My dd got 2 at the bottom, then 3 at the top at once (the other top middle came a month later). Then nothing for last 6 months.

I've heard of a toddler with no teeth for 2 years!

My ds got his teeth in all the wrong order (didn't get the first one until 11 mo.). Guess they don't know how to read at that age so can't follow the instructions in the baby books

I'm told it runs in the family. My grandfather grew some teeth in in his 70's.
