is this thrush? or weird nappy rash?

hi
DD has got what looks like nappy rash but it has a white film over the top of it.

if it is thrush do i just buy some stuff from the pharmacy or take her to the gp?

sounds like thrush. Just try some canestan on it.

Yes sounds like thrush to me too. Canesten was prescribed to Ds which knocked it on the head quickly. How is it now?

saw Gp this morning got cream looking better already. recommended using cream for a wekk to make sure completely gone
