Does anybody have any experience of using Healthcare at Home, or how long they kept you waiting for your first appointment?

I'm meant to be starting biologic treatment for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. All the blood tests have been done, and the prescription made, and the injections and health care are meant to be carried out by Healthcare at Home. But the script was done a fortnight ago and I haven't heard anything from the provider. I was just wondering if anybody here had any experiences using Healthcare at Home, and how long they kept you waiting for your first appointment.
