I do drink lots of water and cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day but aside from these obvious ones what do you swear by for health and beauty? And are the best products always the dearest - I mostly use Olay or Champneys - is it worth the extra. Do you drink tap or bottled? so many arguements for/against both.

Exercise
Eat unprocessed food
Lay off the booze and fags
Get a good nights sleep

Therse will do more for you than owt else (athough a moisturiser with built in sunscreen helps considerably.)

I understand that getting enough sleep is supposed to help with the general rundown look and the bags under the eyes [hollow laugh]

I do think its worth the extra, but Olay is a good product.

The clinique 3 step seems popular - I might give it a go soon.
