Finally convinced my Dr I WAS going, to do this, despite his oh once you are on them it's for life approach. I was able to lower the dose by 25mg a few months ago and now I've started to sometimes feel dizzy.. I remember a previous Dr saying something about when a dose is too high you can feel dizzy.. could this now mean I am ready to wean myself completely as I have lost a considerable amount of weight in the last few months.
I know, I should make an appointment, but right now could feel a damn sight better!

yes, but it could mean that your bp is going a bit high as the dose is too low. or could be completely unrelated. you know you should go back and get it checked out.

Thanks mummytosteven, also meant to add.. blood pressure seems fine, had it checked with a monitor earlier today. Hohum.. will get it checked out, but still interested to hear other people's thoughts.

given the weight loss, your BP probably will be fine, but it really is worth getting your GP to check you.
