Hair broken and damaged through bleach

I went blonde from medium brown. My hair is breaking off quite badly. I'm sitting here with a head of olive oil in cling film. Will this actually help? It's really getting me down

Somehow, I also found that vitamin supplements helped my hair too (may have been psychological!)

Let your hair air dry, don't use heat for a while.

Give your hair a cold rinse when you're done to "lock in" moisture

Drink gin (well, it helps me anyway!!!)

I use Philip Kingsley Elastisizer when my hair needs a boost, fantastic stuff.

Also Kerastase Oleo Relax and Vita Ciment shampoo's and conditioners will help.
