Painful punching sensation in vaginal/pelvic area

I keep experiencing pain in my vaginal/pelvic area. It feels like a downward punch and really hurts.

I am definitely not pregnant. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and did they find out the cause.

I feel a bit silly going to gp as otherwise I am ok.

Not sure. My only suggestions are a urinary tract infection/small kidney stone lodged somewhere there. Or constipation can sometimes give weird pains in the pelvic region.
How long has it being going on? If it were me and it lasted more than a day I'd go to GP.

It has been a few days Sadie9. I have experienced it before, but not as frequent or as painful.
