I am taking vitamin B6 (recommended by my GP), i've only just started taking it so can't really say whether it works or not - but worth a go.
According to the 'Truth About Food' the other night, high doses of omega 3 along with increased levels of calcium (so that the body will absorb the omega 3) is suppoded to help. Lots of cheese and oily fish then....
Will watch this post with interest as mine seems to be getting worse.
