Reaction to Vick

I am full of a cold and bad chest used some Vick on friday night which i have used loads of times and this time it has decided to react to my skin I now have a huge red patch on my neck and chest it is spotty and burning , anyone know why this could of happened it is a real mess

I used to get that as a child My mum used to put it on my vest instead! You can develop allergies or they could have changed the ingredients slightly.

it is the same jar i only used a few weeks ago
