my daughter wa diagnoised in nov aged 2 is anyone got kids with it she is type 1

I think someone (Spidermama?) on here has a diabetic child- don't know what type though.

How are you coping with it?

Hi Debbie26pet ... sorry to hear about your DD. My 3 yr old DS was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago - Type 1 also. I've started a thread on which I'm getting loads of advice - have a look a bit further down on this board.

Hi Debbie,

I've replied to you on the other thread. I have a nine year old DS with Type 1, diagnosed when he was 5. He is on an insulin pump. How does your dd get on with all the injections? Do you have to dilute insulin for her?
