Physio for pelvic (prev spd) & back - anyone had experience of physio?

Just wondering what they do and if can temporarily make it worse?! Starting this week and going on holiday soon. Not sure whether to postpone until after our hol.

I've had physio on my hips and yes to begin with it can make it worse..mine certainly did it did the trick initially. But I'm now having problems again so I'm probably looking at injections into my joints. Mine is arthritis and it was to try improve my hip function. Yours might be different?
