Another vomiting question, but for a 3-y-o

DD2 is 3.3, and is sick at the drop of a hat. If she coughs, she gets sick. If she overdoes the food, even just a little bit, or eats anything 'treat-like' (sweets, chips etc), she gets sick. For about the past 2 weeks she has been waking up at around midnight and vomiting. Sometimes there's loads, sometimes just a small mouthful, but she gets sick so easily and always has done. I have known that 2 other children in my family have been easily sick, although with both of them it seemed to come from over-eating (neither knew when to stop!) but for my DD it doesn't take much to bring it on, and it seems to have almost become a bit of a habit. Any comments/suggestions? She's healthy in every other way, and does not appear to be losing any weight, so I'm not overly anxious - more curious as to why she is doing this.
