If you find anything that works please let me know. I've had it constantly for 10 years
I have very strong painkillers from dr, but don't like taking them as they are addictive - so only take once or twice a month when very bad.
Have spent litrally thousands on osteopaths, physios, chiropractors and acupunture - all a waste of time in my experience.

I got sciatica when I was pg, was so painful at times couldn't go up & down stairs. I put alternately hot water bottle and ice packs on which eased it, then about a week later when it wasn't quite as bad any more (and I was still pg at this stage) I completely cured it by mixing a wheel-barrow load of mortar to lay paving stones! I think my back was somehow stretched in the the right place to ease the pinched nerve? Anyway, I don't think this is a medically approved technique for sorting out sciatica, but it worked for me!!
