anybody else's kids got this cough,sore-throat,headache and occasional sickness bug?

all 3 of my kids have gone down with it and so have i.

Mine have had it on and off since xmas! They all have a horrid cough and every now and then one of them will throw up Nasty.

i thought ds1 was getting better this morning.he started with it first.this afternoon,he just flopped again. i know the headache is horrible as i got it. dd2 and dd1 have actually whaled when they've woken up with it.

dd3 was diagnosed with a slight chest infection yesterday.
Today dds 1 and 2 woke up v.hot, coughing loads and v.whingy. I have a headache and am snuffly.

How do you cope when your all sick? theyv'e only just got over chicken pox aswell.
