Is it possible to get SPD when you're not pregnant?

Because I've been sterilised but this feels very much like SPD!

Day 4 of painful pelvis, but only at the back. WHAT COULD IT BEEEEE?!

Yes, you can get mechanical instability and so on from a number of things besides pregnancy - even rugby. Give the helpline at pelvic partnership a call if you need to.
