Help I'm burnt!

I get sunburnt so easily and so often I really should know better but I loathe sun cream, it makes me hot and sticky.

2 hrs at sports day and this is the developing result, I know I will really be glowing by bedtime.

Any suggestions as to how to calm and tone things down by tomorrow or I won't be leaving the house!Angrylol

My sun cream has finally arrived, I bought factor 50 banana boat powder dri. Today seems a good day to try it out.

I found Lansinoh works well on sunburn and everything else if you have any knocking about?
Sudocrem was good as well when I had bad sunburn in the US.
