Urgent homeopathy question - 'Proving' - help

Hi everyone - just picked up a message from homeopath saying that I need to 'prove' my remedy tonight and I cant find the piece of paper where ive written what to do.

All I can remember is something about putting one x 200 capsule in water (how much water??) stirring vigorously and then putting teaspoon in mouth.

then something about holding the spoon in my mouth.
Do I then let the liquid just go on my tongue.

Oh and then repeating a bit later. (after keeping the mix in fridge).

Does this make any sense to anyone???
Thanks

Only important bit is to stir it vigourously before taking a dose.

I did it for ds2 recently- and he had his from a sippy cup- so the spoon bit doesn't matter too much!

Thanks Jimjams - thought you might know!!

im just going to stick it in a small amount of water and really stir it then drink a bit.

Kizzie how ar you?

Hi Gotchimama
Thanks for asking.
Im 5 weeks off AD's now but its very very difficult.
think i might have blown my chance to get off 2 years ago when I felt great. Was 100% for 4 weeks when hit by withdrawal from seroxat. Unfortunately not much known about it at the time so ended up back on full dose.

Im just trying to dig in but think Im very scared now that this is how I am.
Although was a bit of a worrier before pnd never had any kind of depression or panic attacks etc but I do wonder now if the pnd was just the start of depression/anxiety probs (rather than one off illness.)

Anyway -Bet you wished you hadnt asked now.....

How are you -hope you're feeling ok.
