ds1 complaining of a pain in the groin. Ideas?

ds1 (4) is complaining of a pain 3 or 4 inches directly above his penis, probably at the line of his pants and right in the middle. Any ideas what this could be?

I know this seems silly but have you checked his pants aren't too tight?

constipation?

Pants fine. Suppose it could be consitipation although he was complaining of it yesterday and he went yesterday.

It may be worth getting him checked out at the gp's it may be a water infection.
