I've posted this in chat but then thought it might be better here.
I'm early 40s and had been on the same brand of pill for a long time (so long that the GP said he was impressed that I'd got so long out of it!) but I'm now on a different one (which I think has more oestrogen in it?) and have been suffering really badly with breast pain since I started taking it.
I've heard that EPO can help and am just wondering does it really and if so, will I get the same effect from Aldi's version as opposed to something like Solgar?
