Bloody hell

20 minutes ago I went to hang some washing out (it won't dry it, but, it will take most of the damp off, if you know what I mean)

Went to step from the top decking down the next level of decking and went straight on my jacksy, my right leg completely bent under me. My ankle is killing me, I've cut my knee (so no mini skirts for a while ) and bruised my left wrist.

Ow bloomin ow, it hurts.

oh no. ice your ankle and put your leg up if possible.

I was more concerned about breaking my nails

Just got up to get dd1 a drink and it feels very very stiff and sore, so taken some painkillers, my toes hurt the most, but, I don't think anything is broken

As the day has gone on my ribs on the left hand side have started aching and my big toe is KILLING me, and I noticed earlier I've ripped the toe nail off on one corner.

As I fell, my left leg went out straight, my right leg bent under me and my toes bent under too.

Sat feeling sorry for myself
