Echinacea and the amazing migrating infection!

Does anyone know if Echinacea is safe to take in pregnancy? I think it is but not sure where to double check! I've had this nasty bug that's doing the rounds, overlapped by an ear infection and now cystitis, so I think my immune system could do with a boost! (Keeping in mind I can't remember the last time I had even a cold! - Not half feeling sorry for myself ).

i cant comment on other brands as they may have other ingredients in as well...but Bioforce is ok during pregnancy. offically it doesn't recommend it on the packet, but unoffically we (in the health food trade) all use it. i've used it during pregnancies.
