Tetrasil or Dermasil to get rid of impetigo - any success?

has anyone tried either of these supposedly miracle creams to get rid of impetigo - they claim to get rid of it but want to know if this is true before i buy any.
thank you to everyone who has already given me tips - so grateful - willing to try everything and anything

Never heard of either, but will watch this with interest as DD has a spot on her lip that is rapidly beginning to look like impetiogo.
