dd1 is suffering badly atm, and her tummy is very bloated and rounded. she is on lactolose.

But i have noticed that she isnt drinking as much water at school as the teacher is stricter on when they can drink compared to year1 where they had free access to their drinks. how can i get the teacher to let her drink more water. out of a water bottle she is drinking matbe a 1/4 each day, compared to 5-6cups of water at the weekend.

how old is she?

I would insist she has free access to water at school misdee. It must just be this teacher if she was allowed last year.

On medical grounds I can't see how there would be a problem.

Poor DD. Hope things improve soon

Def ask to speak to the teacher. You won't know if the two are related until she gets more water at school.
