Hay fever eyes. Aargh!

Anyone else suffering? What do you do to relieve it?
I get minor hay fever, but very itchy skin, so a cetrizine a day. But this week especially my eyes are so itchy, wake up sticky and runny all day. Been using antihistamine drops and have the spray stuff too. What works for you?

I always use Opticrom eye drops and they work well for me.

I take a Loratadine a day, and that seems to get rid of all my symptoms

i like those cool pad eye masks for night time, i do take an extra hay fever tab before bed too.

I have blisters in my eyes this year - lovely!

I have drops on prescription now, but my eye care routine includes lots of rinsing with eye wash and lubricating drops which also help.
