What is up with my feet [confused]

So I suffer with psoriasis & have done for past 8yrs. But past year or so my feet become weird & disgusting! I want to be able to wear nice sandals in this weather but just can't ive tried cetraben, scholl foot creams, boots creams, eperderm. NOTHING IS WORKING

Pretty sure that is athletes foot. Try the doctors or a podiatrist.

Mine looks very similar and is athletes foot - I use "lamsil", spreading it thinly over dry looking area for a week and then use a foot cream with tea tree oil in it (I use Australian Bodycare tea tree oil foot cream) after.

Is it bumpy or itchy? I have pomphollyx (sp?) and I want to claw my skin off.

Thank you for the replies. thisw it is sometimes itchy, but not bumpy. Will book a appointment with doctors on monday see what they say. Was just so embarrassed all this time to go if I'm honest
