What is up with my feet? (photo)

My feet have being like this for 3 and half years, had many blood test with no answer :( isn't chilblains as they look like this in all weather hot or cold

It looks like a chilblain. If you have damage then it can take ages to go away. Or it could be a cron- are your shoes rubbing? Have you see your GP or a podiatrist?

Raynauds?

do you have any other health issues?

Gout?

Disclaimer - I don't know what gout is but people's noses go a bit like that with gout.

How's your blood pressure and cardiovascular system? Diabetes? Do you smoke?
Are both feet the same?

Looks like gout, is it uncomfortable? Or just sore looking? Try support stocking socks lots of airing, hot and cold bowls of water and antiseptic wash.
