i don't get it!

i have changed to a healthier diet this passed 10 days with lots of fruit and veg.

instead of drinking only tea and coffee i have been having a litre and half of water each day.
so, why then do i now have constipation and a bloated stomach?

cause your body hasn't caught up yet

it's still expecting crisps and coke and is complaining when it doesn't get them

Have you replaced like for like, so when your body expects a sugary carb snack (mars bar etc) are you giving it a complex carb snack (oatcakes, rice cakes, ryvita) rather than unexpected fruit?

Ditto cup of tea / cup of fruit tea - two pints of water when your body wants a cup of tea is never going to make it happy.

Bit by bit...
