...the recommended intake AND I always use butter.

But, went for a health screen today and my BP is 'excellent' (118 over 78) and my cholesterol is 3.7. Am frankly amazed.

LIF, I know you're right - my mum died when she was just 4 years older than I am now, hence the healthscreening, so I know I can't rest on my laurels . I was only just in the 'healthy' weight range, so I do need to watch that.

I eat pretty much what I like , but I also do what I like.
So I run up hills in the icy rain. For Fun.

Activity and joie de vivre is worth as much as 'healthy' food.
