pale skin and cold hands and feet 18 weeks old

My dc had third immunisations this morning and is now very pale, with cold hands and feet, no fever but I have given calpol as a precaution as advised. Is this normal? I'm getting mixed answers online regarding the new menb vaccine especially.

If you're worried, take him to be seen by the doctor. He's still tiny and I'm sure they'd be happy to put your mind at rest.

Thanks, fever has subsided and now just grouchy. Have paediatrician tomorrow so will get them to give him the once over as it seems to be going on a bit long to be jab related now :(

Much better thanks, seemed to last 48 hours on and off. Was horrid but short lived :)
