Digital forehead thermometers

Have you used any digital forehead (not ear) thermometers? I am thinking of getting one, to measure my dd temperature without waking her up. But which one is reliable? And which one would be a waste of money? Thanks.

I got one from Lloyds pharmacy and it was £7.99 reduced from £29.99
I compared it with an underarm one and they gave the same temperature

It was a beechams one and on the bottom has Lloyds pharmacy on it
