My ovaries hurt

at least i think its my ovaries, bout an inch or so in from my hips. What could it be??

Have you been on the pill, and/or not ovulating for any other reason? do you usually get pain when you ovulate (mid-cycle)?

If it's neither of these and it continues, please get it checked. There is a chance it could be an ectopic pregnancy.

I have been on the pill years ago, cant take it now my body doesnt agree with extra hormones, currently using condoms and waiting to have coil fitted.

i've had a bath and it has easied off now, but was really tend this afternoon.
