Bad head

Since last night, most times I stand up I get a really bad pain in my head. I do go dizzy but it isn't that. I doubt it is anything but goodness it hurts.

Are you drinking enough. Dehydration can cause headaches and dizziness.

I doubt it. Don't get to eat enough of the right stuff either as the kids keep me busy and/or nick my food.

Where is the headache - is it forehead, top of nose? Just thinking could be sinuses if you have had a cold recently. If so inhaling steam, ibufrofen and for a short time Otravine might help.

It's on the top of my head.
