Help! I've a sebaceous cyst on my breast that's flared up

Its red and sore and hard in the centre. What can I do to bring it down?

The last time it flared up was about 3 years ago and I went to my gp and I had to get it checked out by the breast clinic and was on two courses of antibiotics which really messed about with my stomach and I got thrush and athletes foot too. It finally burst and like a white curd stuff came out. It's left me with a scar and a white hard lump and this is where the inflammation is.

What should I do? How should I treat it? I don't want antibiotics if I can manage without them. I've been putting antiseptic ointment on it for a few days.
