Heel repair cream from Boots or similar. Its hard to believe, but it works! HTH

I got good results with the Compeed overnight one but any of the three-day ones with urea in them should work

I use flexitol but it's the same active ingredient in all of them. Once the hard skin softens it will be much less painful. You then need a regular routine of filing away the dead layers so it doesn't build up to cracking point again.

Superglue the crack and then use a pediball.

Urea based cream and wrap your feet in cling film over night with socks on. It's a trick of podiatrists that they can't recommend to their patients.

ElizAbeth Arden 8 hour cream- expensive but magical! Apparently it was designed to fix cracked horses hooves and is so good they made a human one!
