Adult acne?? Second opinion? Gross photo...

I get these appear on my shoulders every so often, they don't itch but kind of split open and tingle. I saw the GP a while back who said adult acne - I tend to not have any for ages and the. Get maybe two or three at a time. Usually when I'm stressed and rundown. This one is maybe the size of a ten pence piece.

Sorry I don't know but I wondered maybe impetigo? I'd go back asap just so they can see when it's active and treat as appropriate.

I don't think impetigo as it's happened for years and surely they wouldn't heal and go away for weeks or months and then reappear?

Can get them anywhere. They sound like they fit the bill and looking at it it could pass as one. Do they start off as a blister type of thing?
