Any one have this?
Have you managed to lose weight and cure it ?
What worked best?

I assume if you have a blood clot then you are under the care of a doctor? I can't see how weight loss will help. Weight loss can help control BP but you should also have your GP's input because it depends on how high it is and how long it has been going on for.
