I can't remember. Not that long, but it was weird having pads stuck over my voluptous chest!

Are you due to have one?

CountessDracula · 09/01/2007 12:48

they just stick pads on your chest and you sit there for about 10 mins

It doesnt hrut

A straightforward ECG is usually very quick. You will have to lie flat on a bed, and stay still. They will attach stickers to your chest, and attach wires to the stickers, also wires to your wrists and ankles. It is non invasive and entirely painless.

How long it takes depends on how much information they need, but can take as little as a couple of minutes. Wear lose clothing.

Will they be carrying out an exercise ECG?
