im in the middle of taking my antibiotics for my cold infection and also got nasal spray

but today i feel im coming out with another cold . i havent been blowing my nose that much today but my nose is red again

does that mean im having another cold or its coming out?

and also got a cough coming on too

please say that the cold is just coming out

It's difficult to say, but it could well be another virus, in which case the AB's would be no help whatsoever. Sorry.

even though im on 125mg of antibiotics?...
