Sereve bruising after blood test, what can I do?

after having a butterfly thing put in for a blood test in a&e on thursday, my arm blew up and now I have sereve bruising, my whole arm aches, what can I do??

Arnica cream is very good for bruising especially if you use it straight away

Take arnica tablets, I think you may be able to get arnica cream as well, thoguh not sure about that. Anyway, it's homeopathic (I get mine in the 'alternative' section in Boots) and is GREAT for bruising.
