I think I've pulled a biceps doing something stupid during exercising - at the time very sore arm but i thought muscle strain that I expected would ache for a day or two and then be fine.
This was over two weeks ago though and it's still sore and weak so I'm thinking it's something a bit more significant.
My question is just whether I try to ignore it and let it sort itself out, or do I actually need to see a physio?
